... and a little Easter cheer.

Last week, my friend Kim came over for the evening and brought her scrumptious little man, Jude. On a side note, I still can't beleive we have been friends for 15 years!!!

Back to my story. It was a relief to see how Jonah was with Jude. I honestly wasn't concerned about him manhandling him in any aggressive manner, I just wanted to know that he wasn't brewing a nice big pot of jealousy that would boil over when baby comes home.

Instead, he was so caring. Making sure Jude was fed once we knew he was crying and hungry, and that he had a truck to play with too. He was in awe of this little creature and made sure that he was always included with us, even at the dinner table.

Here is the start of our visit. I had Jude on my lap and Jonah came racing over for his spot. Last week's Easter craft included.

Best piece of advice my mom gave me for two kids - always have room on your lap for both. Jonah already appreciates that. It may be a bit cumbersome, but it can and will be done.
