Wow, three years!


It seems like just yesterday you made your entrance into this world, I held you in my arms, and changed our lives forever.


You've grown from a quiet, laid back baby to an exuberant and joyful little boy. Your innate nature to smile on a nearly non stop basis has never left you, and we trust it never will. Your infectious smile lights up the room and lifts the spirits of each person who encounters it. No one can deny that you love life.


We were truly blessed that we never encountered the 'terrible twos' this last year. You've got some spunk, kid, but how could we ever say that you are terrible? You are far from!


Like your daddy, you love to be at home, playing with your toys in your pjs. You have his heartwarming smile and rival him in your love for your family. Like your mommy, you love to snack, thrive on consistency and routine, and have a strong will when you need it. Oh, and let's not forget that you like things 'just so'...or maybe that is your nature to please. Either way, I'll gladly take it!


We are so excited for this next year with you! We know that you will be a fantastic role model for your brother and the most caring big brother. There is no doubt in our minds that you will only make this next year more joyful for everyone around you.
