Easter was pretty mellow this year. We made sure the Easter bunny dropped off Jonah's basket weeks ago, just in case.
On Sunday, the bunny played ring and run, but was sure to leave behind Jonah's basket.

He was super excited to see something just for him at the door. Immediately, he went through his stash. He got a foam boomerang, eggs filled with Play Doh, a new Hot Wheels car, a Kinder surprise, and a small box of Smarties.

He also demonstrated to us how he keeps things safe that are his, like his Kinder surprise as shown in the photo above - by sticking them up his shirt. On a side note related to this new little thing he has decided is handy at the best of times, Jonah used it to show us how he can shoplift.
That's right, our little man decided that the crayons at the store were his last weekend and shoved them up his shirt. All we could do was laugh.... And no, he didn't leave the store with them. :)
