After a nice hearty pancake breakfast at home, head to the Canada Day parade to see the Stormship Troopers again.
Ensure you get some candy (preferably with red dye #40 to ensure plenty of hyperactivity moments later) from at least four of the floats. Scoff at them if they dare give you a temporary tattoo instead.
But don't forget to leave room in your other hand for some mini donuts.
Once your belly is good and full of sugar, head over to the Farmer's Market. Get your baby brother his very own friendly monster..handmade and much cuter than your own Ugly Doll.
Then, truck on over to the giant sandbox.
But be sure to leave the toys behind for other kids to play with.
