When Jonah was 2mths old, I joined a site that allowed you to post problems you were having with your baby, and other moms would help you find the solution. It was such a blessing, especially when he had reflux. These moms helped me tweak his routine when others claimed it was just him being 'a baby'; they helped me through my struggles of breastfeeding in the early weeks when I had noone to help with it; and they even helped me diagnose his silent reflux when doctors said it was just colic, hunger, or worst yet - him being manipulative...at 3mths old! Ya right!

I ended up 'chatting' with a group of other moms with babies all born in the same month as Jonah (and the month prior to be entirely honest) and to this day, we are a tight knit group. Some have come and gone over the last three years, but a group of nearly 15 of us still chat nearly every single day. These women are some of my best friends, as odd as that sounds. I have met three of them in person. One of them, Sam, became my only friend while we were in Calgary. Here family and ours still get together to this day.

Jonah and her little lady, Miss Avery Louise, met at only 7 months old. They last saw one another the weekend we moved home. But yesterday and today, they got the chance to reconnect. Sure, it took awhile, but the spark is still there. I love these two together...what hams.

Here they are, having lunch together. Soon after, they engaged in a battle of "yes! no!". Too cute.
