Joel arrived home last night from a week long business trip to Boston. He was due back tonight, but the forecast of a winter storm prompted everyone to reschedule their flights. Which, obviously, I don't mind. Especially if it would have meant him being stuck there an extra night.
This trip was a little different than most. There has been some restructuring in his group, including becoming part of the IT department. Which, I know, seems ironic since his job *is* IT related. Don't ask me, I still can't figure out his entire job description. It was apparently quite productive and one of the few times he didn't come home stressed.
Anyway, he called home yesterday with some news, which we've been expecting to hear for some time now. We've discussed, and decided that it is too good of an opportunity to pass up in spite of what we said before when it was all hypothetical. So, we'll be relocating to the Boston area before the end of the summer. It's scary, yet exciting! More details to follow!

Hmm...you should have waited just a bit longer to 'out' yourself.
Good try though!
