Finally. It's a word that just seems to suit it. And yet, it doesn't really define the completion of our work. Our dearest son ripped off part of the molding on the island, so we now have that to replace.
You can see what the kitchen looked like when we bought the place, and then a year ago here. And now, look!
But all in all, we finished the kitchen. We replaced all the countertops, backsplash, sink, cabinet hardware, painted, and this week, changed out the light fixtures.
I can finally enjoy our living area!
*and yes, that is a plastic tablecloth on the kitchen table. If anyone can tell me how to not take the finish off the table between wiping it down 12 times a day and a certain someone getting craft stuff on it regularly...I'm all ears!*

If the table is wooden --it is always fixable! Might take lots of sanding, but that's why you pay for wood.

The paint color is so warm, I love it. The whole space looks terrific.
