I've been called somewhat of an organization freak. Every boss I've ever had has commented on this and how they so wish that their previous and future employees would embrace such a skill (or mental illness, depending on how you look at it!).
However, visit our house and you'd beg to differ, especially after having kids. But deep down inside, I still am.

I didn't feel so alone anymore. I kept thinking as I read through "I do that!".

But I need more help.

Now that I am a stay at home mom once again, and this time with a three year old that apparently needs to be fed 5 times a day, I need more ideas. I only have three weeks of meal plans prepared (which scares the snot out of me to be honest...I feel so behind!).

So come on, what are your ultimate snacks and lunches that are not only nutritious, but quick to prepare? Oh, and that a three year old will eat (which means hold, or preferably, hide the veggies!).
