There must have been about 50 birds in our neighbors front tree the other morning, and of course, most of them flew off just as I got this picture. They were smart and fled from this ridiculous weather. And so, Jonah bid farewell to them after being super excited to see so many at once.
Anyone know what kind of bird this is?!

Hi Keri.
I asked my dad as he is a bird watcher - the birds are Bohemian Waxwing. When I was back home i took a photo of about 200 of these birds in my parents bush. Pretty sweet.

I was going to say Cedar Waxwings. You can tell by the point on the back of thier heads they are some sort of Waxwing. Enjoy! I have three feeders in my yard and have yet to see a single bird. What happened to "if you put out food- they will come?"
