We decided several years ago, that because the boys birthdays are so close together, we would have birthday party 'rules', so to speak. They may have a bigger 'friend' party at 5, 10, and 15 years old at home. For the other years, they can invite 1-2 close friends and do something at a location of their choosing, and have a sleepover as well, if they want.

This year, the boys each had one friend and we headed off to Kidz Quarters, an indoor play center, kind of like Chuck E Cheese, but smaller. And it seemed cleaner. Only a petri-dish would disprove that though.

Here are some photos of our afternoon there.

After we were finished, headed home and Jonah was able to open his last gift from us. He has been into Lego, so we made him his own Lego table. He seems to be enjoying it so far.

Benett and Jonah received MANY games for their birthday, which they are having a lot of fun playing. I really like this photo of B and Daddy playing together.

This month has been one that allowed me to get a feel for what it'd be like to be a baker. I already posted the photo of their party cake, here are a few of the cake I made for the friend party, and then the cupcakes which were for his school birthday snack.
