It's crazy, this month. And now that our kids are getting older, it's even busier than usual.
We've had barely any snow for this time of year, and therefore only one snowman and the beginnings of what was to be an amazing snow fort, which already melted on us. But no worries, this mild winter isn't getting any of us down.
We started the month off with our annual decorating. Jonah is now coordinated enough that he can get thestar bear on top of the tree without any help. Alas, we still have that wretched bear, and I fear he is here to stay. No star is light enough in weight or small enough to fit. Oh well, the kids love him. I kind do too.

Jonah is deeply entrenched in all things Christmas right now. He believes very much in all things Christmas. He wishes only to listen to Christmas music and watch Christmas shows. Our PVR is fully loaded with them, so that's good! First Christmas show of the month, Prep and Landing. Not a great success, but they seemed to enjoy it none the less.

We've also been doing lots of crafts, as usual, but I seem to put more effort in this month. And it's so hard not to want to do them with Pinterest overloading me with great ideas. One idea from there that we were quick to do that WAS a big success for all ages, was this marshmallow snowman.

And this little Christmas tree.

Ben knows what part is best though, sneaking the candy.
Last night we also got to enjoy Jonah's very first Christmas concert. Ben enjoyed it... as well as his bowl of Cheerios. He made everyone laugh a little when he called out "There's Jonah! Hey Jonah! See Jonah, there Jonah! Yay Jonah" while the kids performed. Too cute.
J did very well, and remembered most everything. He was so proud of himself, as were we. And he definitely lived up to our expectations - he waved incessantly at us until we would wave back. Multiple times. We love you too, little buddy.

I love this photo, just look at Jonah's face and how happy he is to see family in the audience.
Jonah is holding up his picture he drew of a shepherd. It is the top left one.

Jonah and his kindergarten teacher.
And of course, a little sneak peak at this year's Christmas photo of the two rascals.

That's a very cute picture. I may "borrow" the idea next year, once E won't chew on the light cords!!
