The boys have been uber sweet and we fall in love more and more with them each day. Jonah's speech is slowly expanding and he is saying some of the funniest things. Some of my favorite things that he says, or rather the way he says them:
-white deh, ovah deh, bat deh (right there, over there, back there)
-white now (right now)
-Ben...ett
-wound, wound, wound (around, around, around)
-you baw DOWN! Out! (you fall DOWN! Ouch!)
-bean hans (clean hands)
-yutee! (yucky!)
-disutin (disgusting)
He's also on a mission to make us proud of him on a daily basis (he doesn't have to try though!). His latest feats? He is officially fully and completely potty trained - day and night - as of a few weeks ago!
And he has discovered the freedom that comes with being in a bed. Only took him 15 months.... He delights in getting up from naps and in the morning and coming downstairs on his own. We don't dare greet him in the foyer, he wants to be able to come into the kitchen and "surprise" us.
Little B? He's so cuddly and sweet and oh, what can I say? I wouldn't trade him for the world. He's sitting up on his own more and more each day. Crawling is far from around the corner, but that's okay! And yes, he is still nice and rolly polly! Look at those lips and droopy cheeks! He's like a sharpei!
As the cold weather approaches and the snow is surely on it's way too, I bundled the boys up and took them to the pond for a walk and some time at the park this week after school. Ben wasn't overly impressed, but nuzzled up in the carrier for another nap while Jonah hunted out the ducks and tossed rocks into the partially frozen pond. Before we headed home, some swing time was in order and boy, did Jonah love it. This kid surely will suffer from cabin fever if he doesn't get a mild winter!
Perhaps we'll just be making more skyscrapers and the like.
Can't wait to make more memories over the next 6 weeks!

Just love your boys. So beautiful.
AJ and Dexter (eek) - both have speech appointments tomorrow. I'll let you know what happens.
